(head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Tetsuya Funabashi, President; hereinafter "the Company") announces that it has achieved a 4 star rating in the 6th Nikkei Smart Work Management Survey, which selects advanced companies that are working to improve productivity of the organizations through workstyle reform.
This スポーツ賭け has been conducted by Nikkei Inc. since 2017, targeting listed and leading unlisted companies in Japan. It defines the initiatives for maximizing the organizations' performance based on the three elements — utilization of human resources, innovation, and market development — as smart work management, and evaluates the companies on a five-star scale based on those elements in addition to management foundations such as corporate governance.
We achieved a 4 star rating with "Utilization of human resources: S," "Innovation: A++," and "Market development: A++," exceeding our 3.5 star rating in the previous スポーツ賭け.
Going forward, the スポーツ賭け will actively promote initiatives for Diversity & Inclusion, promote the building of a strong and flexible organization that can respond to environmental changes and the establishment of a work environment where everyone can work actively and strive to realize a society where people help each other.
