スポーツベット. (head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Tetsuya Funabashi, President) announces that the Group was certified as a best workplace, the highest rank awarded by JobRainbow Co., Ltd. ’s D&I AWARD2023 for the third consecutive year.
The goal of the certification is to broaden the foundation for the promotion of スポーツギャンブル and accelerate the スポーツギャンブル movement across all of society by proposing ways to increase スポーツギャンブル that companies should aim to implement and casting a spotlight on companies which are promoting or planning to promote スポーツギャンブル.

• スポーツギャンブル Award certification is based on a diversity score (a total of 100 items evaluated), an index for the visualization of companies’ promotion of diversity created by JobRainbow.
• The diversity score consists of indices that are broken down into five items and five elements.
Five items: LGBT, gender gap, disability, multiculturalism and child care/family care
Five elements: declaration of action, education/promotion of understanding, personnel system, community and workstyles
