(head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Koichi Maeda, President), one of the Company's core subsidiaries (Group companies), engaged in the system solutions business, has resolved to merge its subsidiaries EXEO Core Innovation, Inc. (head office: Isesaki-shi, Gunma Prefecture; Toshiyuki Machida, President) and MEDIX Inc. (head office: Sagamihara-shi, Kanagawa Prefecture; Masafumi Ishige, President), effective as of October 1, 2024.
The スポーツベット's basic policies include optimizing the operations of スポーツベット companies, expanding its presence and fully leveraging its resources to maximize sales and profits, with a view to ensuring an appropriate structure for comprehensive growth in the medium term as a スポーツベット.
