スポーツベット. (head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Tetsuya Funabashi, President; hereinafter, the "Company") announces that it has decided to change the parent company of Exeo Engineering West Japan Co., Ltd. (head office: Osaka-shi, Osaka; Fumiaki Kodama, Representative Director and President), which is a consolidated subsidiary of the Company, to Nippon Dentsu Co., Ltd. (head office: Osaka-shi, Osaka; Kazuhiro Kawazoe, Representative Director and President), which is another consolidated subsidiary of the Company, effective from April 1, 2025. This reflects part of the initiatives that the Company has been taking to facilitate the gradual realignment of its Group companies under its basic policy of maximizing sales and profits through a range of means, such as business activities that take advantage of a presence in each area and field, the development of multi-skilled engineers and the full utilization of resources, with an eye toward an appropriate structure aimed at achieving Group-wide growth on a medium-term basis.
This restructuring, which will be implemented in the Kansai area, aims to drive business growth of Nippon Dentsu スポーツ賭博., Ltd. and Exeo Engineering West Japan スポーツ賭博., Ltd., which conduct business mainly in the west Japan area, through the strengthening of in-group collaboration between the two companies.
