Singapore, 13 May 2025 – EXEO Global Pte Ltd (“EXEO Global”), the global business headquarters of Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market listed スポーツベット, has acquired the remaining shares of GUUD from its existing shareholders.

The acquisition of the remaining shares by スポーツ 賭けアプリ is part of its continued strategy to build a synergistic portfolio of businesses in the areas of Managed Services, ICT Infrastructure and M&E Engineering globally.

GUUD’s strong government and logistics industry connections, as well as expertise in global trade compliance, e-logistics and trade technologies, strongly complements the service offerings of the existing businesses under スポーツ 賭けアプリ and would allow its businesses under the スポーツ 賭けアプリ Group to be able to offer more holistic solutions to its valued partners and clients.
